Netball is Trinidad and Tobago’s most successful international sport and they have a long history of appearances at the Netball World Cup, having played at 13 of the 14 tournaments to date. They are also the only other nation except for Australia and New Zealand to be crowned World Netball Champions, having tied first place with New Zealand and Australia in 1979. Trinidad and Tobago remained undefeated throughout the Regional Qualifier – Americas to qualify for Liverpool.
