Practical information

We know there is a lot to think about when planning your trip, so we've put together this handy guide to provide you with all the practical information you may need.

Whether you’re coming from near or far, we know there is a lot to think about when planning your trip. We’ve put together the handy list below to provide any additional information you may need.  If you have any questions or need any assistance at the event, our friendly Pivoteers will also be on hand and happy to help with any questions you may have.

Re-entering the arena

Once you have entered a session and had your tickets scanned you will not be permitted to leave the venue and re-enter during the same session. For more information about this please refer to our spectator regulations.

Money

The M&S Bank Arena Liverpool will only accept British sterling. There are no ATMs inside or around the immediate area of the M&S Bank Arena Liverpool, so we would advise that you withdraw any money you may need before arriving at the venue.

Most catering outlets inside the M&S Bank Arena Liverpool and on the piazza will accept card payment, however, some units clearly marked ‘cash only’ will require cash to purchase refreshments.
